About GIRightsLawyer.com: I provide assistance to Servicemembers who are seeking a discharge from the U.S. military or who need legal counsel when facing a Court Martial, Article 15 or Article 32 hearing. I am located in Oklahoma City and primarily work with members of the US Army and reserves stationed at:
- Fort Sill in Oklahoma --- more info at:

- Fort Bliss, Fort Hood and Fort Sam Houston in Texas
- Fort Leavenworth and Fort Riley in Kansas
- Fort Carson in Colorado
- Fort Leonard Wood in Missouri
- Fort Chafee in Arkansas
- Fort Polk in Louisiana
- National Guard units in Oklahoma and surrounding states
At this time I am not taking cases from other branches of the Armed Services. I recommend contacting the Military Law Task Force if you need an attorney for a military law issue with another branch. Also due to my current case load, I am not taking VA cases at this time.
Since being admitted to the bar in September 2006, I have assisted over 50 soldiers with their military legal issues. I have experience in the field through an externship with the Dean's Summer Public Interest Fellowship at OCU School of law and through my prior work as a lay counselor through the Oklahoma Committee for Conscientious Objectors. I have also completed training in miltiary law from New College of California School of Law of San Francisco in January 2005.
While I am a solo-practitioner, I am supported in my work by the Oklahoma Committee for Conscientious Objectors, the Military Law Task Force of the National Lawyers Guild, Joy Mennonite Church, and often work with counselors affiliated with the national GI Rights hotline.
I am committed to the cause of protecting the rights of US Servicemembers and to helping as many servicemembers as possible to use all legal means possible to be free from participation in the American war machine. If you or your loved one could use my help, please contact me.
